位于北海北侧。自狮子峰清凉台顶北望，可见对面不远处，一石如猴蹲坐峰顶，静观云海起伏，故称猴子观海。云消雾散后，又如远眺山脚下的太平县(现名黄山区)，故又称“猴子望太平”。“石猴”高3米，宽1.5米左右，系由两组垂直节理切割剥蚀后而形成的孤石；在其头部和下颔，留有明显的球状风化痕迹。(自宾馆至猴子观海10分钟左右）

Located on the north side of Beihai, when looking north from the top of Qingliang Terrace on Lion Peak, one can see a rock resembling a squatting monkey on the opposite peak, quietly observing the undulating sea of clouds, hence the name "Monkey Watching the Sea". After the clouds dissipate, it also resembles a distant view of Taiping County (now known as Huangshan District) at the foot of the mountain, hence also known as "Monkey Watching Taiping". The "Stone Monkey" is 3 meters high and about 1.5 meters wide, formed by the erosion and cutting of two sets of vertical joints; there are obvious spherical weathering marks on its head and chin. 有一孤立锥状花岗岩石峰，下圆上尖，酷似一支笔头向上的巨笔。峰巅又巧生奇松如花，故名“梦笔生花”，又称笔峰。清人项蔽有诗：“石骨棱棱气象殊，虬松织翠锦云铺。天然一管生花笔，写遍奇峰入画图。” （位于宾馆散花精舍门前）

There stands an isolated conical granite peak, round at the base and pointed at the top, resembling a giant pen with its tip pointing upwards. At the summit, there grows a peculiar pine tree, resembling a flower, hence the name "Dream Pen Blossoms", also known as Pen Peak. Xiang Bi, a Qing Dynasty poet, wrote: "The stone's ridges and angles exude a unique aura, with twisted pines weaving like green brocade clouds. It's like a natural flower-growing pen, painting the marvelous peaks into pictures." (Located in front of the Sanhua Jingshe Hotel)

位于东侧，海拔1681.4米，三面临空，风姿独秀，奇景天成。相传游人漫游至此，如入画境，似幻而真，始信黄山风景奇绝，遂名“始信峰”。因黑虎松、接引松、龙爪松、辕门松、深海松、卧龙松等名松都在该峰或附近，故有“不到始信峰，不见黄山松”之说。 （自宾馆至始信峰25分钟左右）

Located on the eastern side, it stands at an elevation of 1681.4 meters. With three sides facing the sky, it boasts a unique charm and natural wonders. According to legend, visitors who wander here feel as if they have entered a painting, seemingly illusory yet real, and thus come to believe in the extraordinary beauty of Mount Huangshan. Hence, it is named "Shixin Peak". Because famous pines such as the Black Tiger Pine, the Greeting Pine, the Dragon Claw Pine, the Gate Pine, the Deep Sea Pine, and the Crouching Dragon Pine are all located on or near this peak, there is a saying, "If you haven't reached Shixin Peak, you haven't seen the pines of Mount Huangshan.". 位于北海西北部，海拔1690米，酪似一只伏卧的雄狮。登顶狮子峰，丹霞、石鼓、石门、棋石、白鹅、始信诸峰及贡阳山、光明顶等，尽入眼帘。故有民谣曰：“不到狮子峰，不见黄山踪”。 （自宾馆至狮子峰10分钟左右）

Located in the northwest of Beihai, it stands at an elevation of 1,690 meters and resembles a lion lying down. Upon reaching the summit of Lion Peak, one can see Danxia, Shigu, Shimen, Qishi, Bai'e, Shixin and other peaks, as well as Gongyang Mountain and Guangmingding, all coming into view. Hence, there is a folk song that goes, "If you don't reach Lion Peak, you won't see Mount Huangshan.". (About 10 minutes from the hotel to Shizifeng)

十八罗汉朝南海位于北海景区。始信峰背面的石笋矼上，有一排石人，有的站立，有的下跪，高矮不齐，参差而立，都朝着一个亭亭玉立似观音菩萨的最高石柱朝拜。由于观音常住南海普陀山，故而取名为“十八罗汉朝南海”。 （北海宾馆至十八罗汉朝南海25分钟）

The Eighteen Arhats Worshipping the South Sea is located in the Beihai Scenic Area. On the stone stalagmite behind the Shixin Peak, there is a row of stone statues, some standing, some kneeling, of varying heights, standing in a staggered manner, all worshipping towards the tallest stone pillar, which resembles the graceful and elegant Guanyin Bodhisattva. As Guanyin permanently resides on Mount Putuo in the South Sea, it is named "Eighteen Arhats Worshipping the South Sea". (25 minutes from Beihai Hotel to the Eighteen Arhats at the South China Sea)

在北海东，位于始信峰与石笋矼之间，为柱状石峰，形似雨后春笋，故名。峰下为石笋矼，从始信峰下行百余米，至一观景平台，可近距离观赏石笋矿上奇景。 （北海宾馆至石笋峰25分钟）

Located in the east of Beihai, between Shixin Peak and Shisun Stone, it is a columnar stone peak shaped like bamboo shoots after a rain, hence the name. Beneath the peak lies Shisun Stone, and after descending more than 100 meters from Shixin Peak, you will reach a viewing platform where you can admire the wonders of the stone stalagmite up close. 在散花坞。山峰在云雾的簇拥中仿佛再再上升，因名上升峰。旧传有仙人阮公于此上升，故又名阮峰。峰下有阮公岩、阮公源和阮公溪，水流入松谷溪、五龙潭。

In Sanhua Dock, the mountain peaks seem to rise higher and higher amidst the clouds and mist, hence the name "Shangsheng Peak". It is said that the immortal Ruan Gong ascended here, so it is also known as "Ruan Peak". Below the peak are Ruan Gongyan, Ruan Gongyuan, and Ruan Gongxi, with water flowing into Songgu Creek and Wulong Pool.
